Mr. Bhogendra Raj Dotel, BPH, MPH

Mr. Dotel is dynamic, high public health personality having abilities to change policy into effect.  He is public health leader and provide dynamic leadership as president in Nepal Public Health Association. He is the chief of Family Planning and Adolescent Health Section at Family Health Division, Department of Health Services, Nepal and has 20 years of experience at different capacities in Health sector. Mr Dotel has demonstrated his leadership with Innovation and problem solving approaches to meet the demand of the disadvantage community. Critical thinking and comments in programs are being taken as examples. A husband and father of two kids, Bhogendra loves swimming, trekking and sharing of experience and knowledge. His motivation in life is to see the people healthier and use the potentiality to change the situation and reach highest level in life.

Mr. Bhandari has more than 20 years of professional experience. Long experience of Mr. Bhandari in health system research, training manual development and revision, and also his close familiarity with the MoHP/DoHS policy, strategies and programmes. Mr. Bhandari has also worked as a consultant for different UN agencies, bilateral and INGOs. Life member Mr Bhandari had been given a suceesul ledarship to NEPHA.

Mohan Krishna Shrestha, MPH, PhD Fellow in TU

Mr. Shrestha has been involving in the training, education and program development especially in Public Health issues in Eye Health. He also has good knowledge of health ethics. Mr. Shrestha has more than 10 years of experience in public health research including eye health. He involved in the various Curriculum Development. He have supervised more than 40 research project for certificate to master level. Published more than 20 papers in national and international peer review journals.

Prof. Salau Din Myia, MPH, MA

Mr Myia has over 20 years of experience in public health combinely in academic and government. He is now working as campus chief in Hope International College. He serves nominated position to Nepal Health Professional Council, Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Public Health Subject Committee of Purbanchal University as member and chairman in curriculum development committeee for Bachelor in Public Health. He serves sucessfully as secretary in ex-committee of NEPHA.  He has extensive work experiences on nutrition, reproductive health from community level to policy level. He able to gove sucessful working experierience in programme consultancy and research with various organizations NG, UNICEF, SCF, WHO.

Treasurer

Asst. Prof. Binod Regmi, MPH, MA (Anthropology), LLB (Health Law)

Mr. Regmi is a good academician working as assistant professor and public health developmental worker having aroung a decade of experiences. Additional he is an independent advocate of public health in Nepal. Mr. Regmi successfully served his tenure as central treasurer of Nepal Public Health Association and  again has been elected for next tenure too. In addition he served as coordinator of Center of Policy and  Public Health Action (CPPHA) of NEPHA. He has been elected as SEARO representative on the WFPHA governing council (2014 – 2017)He successfully performed more than dozen consultative works with development agency FHD/SSMP, NRCS, UNDP, SDC, SPMER, WHO, GMTRC, Practical action, World education, FPAN, UNFPA, National Planning  Commission  and many more. and also so he has good instructive value of evaluation. He is central treasurer and executive holding of Nepal Public Health Association. He performs his good value to support Public Health Association of Australia, WFPHA Geneva too for policy reform activities and get pool of learning oppurtunities.

Mr. Ramesh Bhatta, BPH, MPH (International health), MA (Sociology), MSc in Telemedicine and e-health BPH

Mr. Bhatta has been working in the field of Public Health for more than 10 years. He has been working in various I/NGOs and academic institutions. He has gained sound experiences in maternal and child health, eye health, urban health and telemedicine and e-health. He has also strong knowledge and skill to conduct public health research activities. Presently his efforts are more focused on promoting the telemedicine and e-health services to improve the status of public health.

Mr. Pandit has more than five years of academic experiences as lecturer in National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) and served as an examination coordinator also. He also worked as Program Officer for Tobacco Control Program in National Health Education, Information and Communication Centre (NHEICC)/DOHS. He also worked as a trainer consultant in different national and international developmental organization.  He has been also published A hand book of Occupational Health and Safety and also supervised more than 100 graduates during research activities.
